Scouted was founded in 2014 to answer that question. We’re obsessed with the next generation of talent. We believe players are football’s beating heart, and want to introduce you to the best of them - before the rest of the world wakes up.

For 10 years we’ve built a reputation as the best place on the internet to discover football’s next generation. Through professional analysis, compelling writing and leading journalism, we’ve delivered stories on football’s future nobody else in the industry is telling.

Where does my money go?

As an independent, reader-supported, employee-owned publication, we’re committed to transparency about where your subscription fees are going.

At launch, we’re paying our guest authors £100 per published piece. As we grow, we’re going to scale these rates sustainably. Our current goals are:

• 500 paid subscribers - £150

• 750 paid subscribers - £200

• 1000 paid subscribers - £250

As a paid subscriber, we’ll notify you when we achieve a goal and can increase our compensation, or when we decide to splash the cash on something new.
