SCOUTED: Welcome to The Shortlist, Mr Adam Aznou. Why should readers be excited about him?

STEPHEN: If readers enjoy really fun, dribbly left-backs who can do all the modern, inverting, ball-playing, attacking stuff that modern left-backs are asked to do, then they will like Adam Aznou.

In the UEFA Youth League last year, he was among the absolute standout performers, both for Bayern Munich and the tournament generally. I’ve written about him many times in our round-ups, but now we’re picking him out.

He was unbelievable, and completely controlled games from left-back.
