Have England finally developed a Spanish-spec midfielder?
Plus: another Mouzakitis milestone, the battle for Sverre Nypan begins, Celta Vigo go home-grown, and much more in SCOUT NOTES.
This season is hurtling by. It only felt like last month that everything kicked off, but now the final international break (for the men’s teams) is in the rear-view mirror and Fabrizio Romano is defrosting like Megatron. He’s coming.
You know where Romano isn’t (at the moment)? Bluesky. And that’s where SCOUTED will be from now on. We’ve clambered out of Musk’s hell hole and leapt over to a platform that is much better for everyone. I’m sure the enshittification will come at some point, but join us over there for now.
Anyway, I still don’t really know how to write these introductions, as you can probably tell, and Tom is too plague-ridden to do it for me this week, so let’s just crack on with the football, shall we?
In this week’s SCOUT NOTES…
Outstanding prospects and profiles of England’s future
Another milestone for Christos Mouzakitis
A young talent to keep tabs on in Stockholm
Celta Vigo’s rejuvenation using home-grown talent
Sverre Halseth Nypan on the move, and much more…
